Season Tune-ups & Semi-annual Equipment Check

When the seasons change, it's the perfect time to schedule a maintenance check-up to make sure your heating or cooling system will work all season long. The experts at Bennett Heating and Air Conditioning are ready to help you with any of your heating and cooling maintenance needs.
Gold Plan (Preventative Maintenance):
Our annual Gold Plan provides preventative maintenance on your unit for a year. It will ease your mind, lower energy costs, and give your equipment a longer life expectancy. Individually, the services would total $282.50. This offers you a savings of $72.00.

- Fall and Spring service
- Clean & adjust burner assembly
- Clean evaporator coil
- Inspect/clean heat exchanger
- Clean condensate drain
- Check Freon levels
- Monitor starting capabilities
- Replace/clean air filter

Platinum Plan (includes all Gold Plan benefits):
Our annual Platinum Plan includes all the benefits from our Gold Plan. You'll also get a 10% discount on all parts for the current job, one Service Call fee waived per calendar year. Individually, the services would total $472.50. This offers you a savings of more than $207.50.

iWave is an air purifying device that installs in any duct air conditioning system. When air passes over the iWave, ions produced by the device reduce pathogens, allergens, particles, smoke, and odors in the air, creating a healthy environment without producing any harmful byproducts.
